He noted that the season offers Nigerians another opportunity to strengthen the bonds of national unity, tolerance and mutual understanding irrespective of ethnic, religious or political differences.
The APGA National Chairman commended the resilience, patriotism and contributions of Muslims to national development, especially at a time when the country continues to face economic and social challenges.
He called on Nigerians to remain hopeful and supportive of efforts geared towards promoting peace, justice and sustainable progress in the nation.
Chief Ezeokenwa further urged Muslim faithful to use the occasion to pray fervently for Nigeria, its leaders and citizens, while also extending acts of kindness and charity to the less privileged in society.
According to him, the true essence of Eid-el-Kabir lies in selflessness, compassion and total submission to the command of God. While wishing Muslims a peaceful and joyous celebration, the APGA National Chairman reaffirmed the commitment of the All Progressives Grand Alliance to the ideals of national cohesion, good governance and inclusive development.
